Our mission: To provide an employment service eco system of healing & skilling our high – risk Black Men.

The city area of Englewood, Chicago, IL has been distressed by a lack of employment and poverty. We have created an organization of young men who are going through a process of healing that will enable them to be functioning and contributing society figures. We at Pride Roc, call them “Passengers” and they have experienced life skills passages that have helped to transform their inner reality. It is now time to transform their outer reality. Pride Roc Passengers are a pipeline into an absent workforce of service and needs. Investing in the human capital and transforming their community into revived places of working and living is the only way forward.
